Base Access Requirements Fort Eustis Base events are held on active military installations. Attendees must have valid base access or be sponsored onto the installation. If you do not have base access, please contact ICC prior to the event so we can determine whether access can be arranged. Requests received shortly before the event may not be accommodated.
